Dr. Groninger-Bright Dr. Groninger-Bright is a graduate of Indiana University, with a B.S. in Biology, and graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry. She subsequently completed a residency at the Danville Veterans Administration Medical Center, in Danville, Illinois, specializing in the treatment of ocular disease. She has also served as a consultant to the Indiana University School of Optometry at their Indianapolis clinic.

Dr. Groninger-Bright has practiced at Plainfield Eye Care since 1991, and enjoys caring for patients of all ages, treating and managing medical eye conditions, fitting contact lenses of all types, and participating in consultation and post-operative care of patients undergoing LASIK, PRK, or cataract surgery. She serves on the advisory board for TLC Laser Eye Center, acting as a liaison between TLC and its referring doctors. Dr. Groninger-Bright resides in Plainfield with her husband Bradford and her son Garrett. In addition to her work at Plainfield Eye Care, Dr. Groninger-Bright creates 'Lampwork' jewelry and art.
